Sinochip has an international research and development team, which is made up of nearly 100 members. Among them, seven are foreign staff, and eight are high-end returned oversea talents. 85% of the staff have M.A. or above degrees.

Our team has gained several honours including the first batch of top oversea talent invited to Shandong province,  Mount Tai Scholar and the first batch of top oversea talent invited to Jinan.
